- Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery date
- Late returns may be subject to restocking fees or refusal

Return Process

- Include photos of defective/incorrect items
- Response within 24-48 hours with return authorization
Step 2: Return Authorization
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Print provided return label (if applicable)
- Package item securely with RMA number visible
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Defective/Wrong Items: We provide prepaid return label
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping ($6.99-$12.99)
- International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Restocking & Processing Fees

- Late Returns: 15% restocking fee for returns after 45 days
- Missing Components: 25% fee for missing tags, packaging, or accessories
- Damaged Returns: Up to 50% fee for items damaged by customer
- Return Shipping: $6.99-$12.99 when customer is responsible
